Payment Process

 We  accept payment by bank transfer. This can be made directly from your account.

 When you receive the confirmation number for your travel, you can proceed to the deposit payment : 50% of the total fare.

Please, let us know by email when deposit transfer is done.

 The confirmation number and your name have to be mentioned as reference on your bank transfer. Please ensure to add the additional fees for transfer or the fees will be deducted to your deposit by our bank.

For example: if you have to make a deposit of 200€ and the fees are 10€, then the total transfer amount will be 210€.

We also accept payment in cash within arrival or by credit card with 5% charge.

 We accept any of following currencies:

A)  U.S Dollar, GBP and EURO.

We don’t accept payment by credit card over internet

when you arrive, if you want to pay the rest in cash  

Children Policy:

A) Children up to 6 years old will be free sharing parents room (only charge will be for train or bus tickets where applicable).

B) Children between the age of seven and eleven years will be charged 50% of adult price.

C) Children over eleven years old will be change as an adult person 100 % of adult price.
                 

Cancellation Policy

We invite you to read carefully the cancellation conditions, which are non-flexible:

 * More than 30 days : full refund

 * More than 20 days before arrival: 50% refund

 * 15 days before arrival: no refund
